  • Fresh pasta dough: flour-to-egg ratio, kneading, resting, rolling & thickness control
  • Ravioli: filling consistency, portioning, sealing, shaping & preventing air pockets
  • Lasagna: building a rich ragu sauce, balanced layering & golden finish
  • Arrugula salad: texture, flavour balance, dressing & last-minute assembly
