Slow-cooked lamb with apricots and Moroccan spices (cinnamon, cumin, saffron), served on fragrant couscous.
Dessert: Rosewater & Pistachio Baklava
Golden layers of crisp phyllo, pistachios and rosewater syrup—served with fresh mint tea.
