Step into the warmth of a Parisian bistro and discover the pleasure of preparing elegant French food without the formality.
Guided by your chef, you’ll learn the techniques behind a beautifully balanced three-course menu—from achieving the perfect golden sear on scallops to creating a glossy butter sauce and a chocolate fondant with an irresistible molten centre.

Menus may change slightly according to the seasons and the availability of premium produce.
From the first whisk of the vinaigrette to the final chocolate fondant reveal, your chef will guide you through every stage.
